I began my career in 2008 at two practices that shaped everything I believe about patient care — Dr. Amit Caplash Dental Centre and Balsam Dental. Over eight years between them, I built my foundation: not just mastering the clinical side of hygiene, but learning how to truly connect with patients, earn their trust, and help them take ownership of their oral health.

That foundation gave me the confidence to broaden my reach across Toronto. Through the Marshall Group, I worked as a temp hygienist at offices throughout the city — Central Dental Group, Art of Dentistry, Artin Dental, Tooth Works, and more. Walking into a new clinic, adapting to a new team, and still delivering consistent, quality care every single time — that experience made me versatile in a way no single office ever could.

Along the way, I took on longer roles at practices that aligned with my values — the welcoming environment at Yorkville Dental with Dr. Veisman, the established team at Central Dental Group with Dr. Soll, and the artistry-focused approach at Art of Dentistry with Dr. Weiss. Each one deepened my skills and reinforced what matters most to me: treating every patient like family.

Most recently, I spent time working alongside Dr. Weinstein in periodontics — a specialty setting that sharpened my understanding of complex gum health and gave me a deeper clinical perspective that benefits every patient I see today.

Eighteen years in, I'm still driven by the same thing that drew me to this profession: the moment a patient leaves the chair feeling better, more informed, and genuinely cared for.
